Architectural Change Requests​

The Woods at Traders Point Architectural Committee was formed to maintain the current aesthetic of the neighborhood and insure that we follow the neighborhood covenants and restrictions.  Let’s keep the neighborhood looking great.

Now that the major construction is complete in the neighborhood and we start to make improvements, (including new decks, fences, patios, repainting, etc.), we want to remind everyone that these types of improvements need to be approved by the Architectural Committee.

If you are requesting a color change to your home's exterior, shingles, shutters, door or bricks, click here for the list of approved colors from which you can choose.

If you are looking to replace outdoor lighting fixtures, click here to see the Maxim Lighting collection called “Bungalow”. These can be sourced locally at home improvement stores and online retailers. Light fixtures on your home or your lamp posts must use this same fixture model.
