Woods at Traders Point
The first home was built in 2014 by Westport Homes on the north west side of Indianapolis. With 70 homes, The Woods at Traders Point was built to be a true community. Sidewalks, 24 acres of woods and walking paths, a gazebo overlooking a peaceful three-acre pond .. it's a place where neighbors can enjoy the ambiance of their community. The Woods at Traders Point Homeowners Association (HOA) exists to keep the community as wonderful as it is today.
The HOA works with a management company on all issues relating to the neighborhood. Maintenance of common areas, restrictions, architectural requests (hardscapes, landscapes, fences, paint colors and the like) and lot maintenance/appearance are just a few of the things the board works on and are issues covered in the neighborhood covenants. The full covenant document can be found HERE.
Any issues relating to an individual's home, such as drainage issues, trees, concrete, roof and the like are the responsibility of the homeowner. Any issues with a home's construction or property should be taken up with the builder, Westport Homes (now DR Horton). Any non-builder issues relative to an individual's home are the responsibility of the homeowner.
Any questions may be directed to the HOA Board by emailing WTPhoa@outlook.com.
